II – GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
Article 1 – Acceptance of the General Terms of Use
Access to and use of the website www.avenparc.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, are subject to these terms of use as well as all applicable regulations in this area on the day of the visit to the Site.
Consequently, access to and use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance by the user of these terms. The user declares and acknowledges having read the General Terms of Use and agrees to respect them.
The General Terms of Use of the Site may be freely modified and updated by AVEN PARC; any modification or update being binding on users upon each access to the Site, the user therefore agrees to consult them regularly.
The user acknowledges having verified that the computer they are using does not contain any viruses, trojans, and others, and that it is in perfect working condition.
AVEN PARC cannot be held responsible in any way for misuse of the service.
Article 2 – Personal Data
AVEN PARC is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided online by the user when filling out forms on the site.

Article 5 - Liability
AVEN PARC company takes the greatest care and implements all means to disseminate quality information on its Site. However, AVEN PARC cannot absolutely guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all this information.
